Tickets and prices
SFK on-board surcharge since 1 Feb 2006
In addition to the price of each cash-purchase ticket (single/multiple trip tickets, day tickets and small group tickets), every ferry guest must pay an on-board surcharge.
SFK employees will issue the on-board surcharge tickets for adults (€1) and for children (€ .50). Their term of validity is contingent upon the validity of a single trip ticket of Class 2 or 3 (two hours after issue of ticket or punching).
Calculation of ticket prices for short-distance public transport on the Kiel fjords
The following additional conditions apply to the calculation of ticket prices for routes F1 and F2 of the SFK ferries:
The lowest price level for all ferry trips is Price Level 2. Otherwise, the ticket price is calculated according to land transport prices. The price level matrix of the SH (Schleswig-Holstein) tariff applies.
Bicycles can be taken along for the same price as a single adult ticket (without on-board surcharge), at most, however, € 2.80.
